Pricing :

All items currently available for sale have a price shown underneath the picture , those items that can be purchased online using our shopping cart also have an "Add to Cart" button. When using our automated online purchasing postage will automatically be added as a % of your total. See "Delivery Info" for postage details. Items without an "add to cart" button require more personalised delivery arrangements. Items shown without either price or "add to cart" button are already sold. You can comission a similar item by contacting us by email or telephone see "contact details".

Please note there is no VAT included in the price or addded to the total as we are not VAT registered.

Delivery Details :

All items purchased using our automated shopping cart will normally be sent out within 48 hours after payment is recieved , All items are sent through royal mail either by 1st class post or where apropiate by next day special delivery . If you have not recieved your item within 7 days of sending payment please contact us either by email or calling 01620861691.
Before purchasing larger items that require individual delivery arrangements please contact us directly on 01620861691. Chairs and large furniture are all delivered by our own van and arrangements will be made at your convenience

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel orders placed via automated online ordering system within 24hours of placing the order by contacting us directly on 01620861691 or emailing carey@rustiqueinteriors.co.uk a full refund will be issued. After this time will not accept cancellation of your order.

Returns Policy :

If your item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described you may return it within 7 days for a full refund. You must contact us to tell us you are returning the faulty item within 48 hours of receipt of goods. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON.

Privacy Policy :

All payments made using our online shopping cart are processed by paypal we do not have access to your personal banking information. Payments processed over the phone are done using PayPal Virtual Terminal , once the payment is completed all sensitive banking information is destroyed. We will hold your address and contact details for 30 days,incase any product needs to be recalled after which time they will be destroyed. We do not share your contact information with any other business, organisation , or 3rd Party. Your information is stored as hard copy in our secure office it is not held online.
